There’s a moment in everyone’s story when something seemingly small changes everything.
For me, it was a sting.
A literal sting from a nettle on a slow walk through the Cornish lanes. That moment of pain, irritation, and awakening. It wasn’t just a weed. It became a symbol. Of resilience. Of renewal. Of returning to nature when the modern world felt like too much.
That sting led me back to my roots and forward to my purpose.
I began working with nettles not just as a plant, but as a guide. They became my material, my metaphor, my medicine.
I found my FLOW.
What does it mean to be in your FLOW?
It means you are not stagnating in still water.
You are not being swept away by white water rapids.
You are gently moving in rhythm with your true self.
You are connected, balanced, alive with purpose, and at peace with the pace.
My FLOW came through:
- Focus on weaving and crafting with natural fibres
- Love for guiding others into gentle reconnection with themselves
- Openness to nature’s wisdom and my own voice
- Willingness to show up, scars and all, and share my path
In this FLOW, I rediscovered who I truly am. I became Jane the Nettle Lady. And I began the Nettle Revolution.
But this isn’t just my story.
It’s a call to action.
The world is full of people stuck in burnout, disconnection, and doubt. If that’s you or someone you know, I invite you to walk this path with me.
I’m now offering 1:1 guidance to help you uncover your own Ikigai—your reason for being.
I’ll support you through:
- A simple but powerful process of self-discovery
- Daily grounding tools like my proven gratitude journaling method
- Creativity, nature, and craft as healing rituals
Whether you’re younger than 35, older than 65, or anywhere in between, your FLOW is waiting.
It’s never too late—or too early—to find it.
You can't buy health, but you can invest in it.
Invest in your well-being. Your self-worth. Your truth.
