You are not going to believe this, but...

You are not going to believe this, but...

I’ve just been told… I have good energy!
And honestly, it made my day.

But it got me thinking. How do we measure energy like that? It’s not a number or a chart. It’s a feeling, a connection, a resonance.

When someone says you’ve got good energy, they’re really saying:
💚 You make me feel uplifted
💚 You’re passionate and real
💚 You bring something refreshing to the space

I realised this is exactly what I bring to Nettle Revolution. Whether it’s a scarf woven with intention, a cup of nettle infusion, or a conversation about nature’s healing power, that energy flows from me to you.

It’s even been felt through my website, in the fibres, in the stories I tell, and in the workshops I deliver.

If you’ve ever felt that “something” from what I do, then you’ll know it’s really about letting the force of nature shape us into a force of nature ourselves. We can certainly feel and experience nature’s raw energy, the howling wind, the power of the waves, and the strength in the heat of our glorious sun.

Over the years, I’ve gained experience in taking the sting out of the nettle, and I’ve translated those lessons into valuable wisdom to help you take the sting out of your own life, enriching you, filling you with a heart full of gratitude, and helping you see life anew.

My energy flows from what I think, feel, say, do, and how I nourish my body and soul.
Good energy is the natural result of living in alignment, when your thoughts, feelings, and actions reflect who you truly are. It shines through authenticity, gratitude, and presence, and through how you care for your body and mind.

When we nurture ourselves and live by our values, people don’t just see it, they can feel it.
We can form good habits that support longevity and vitality when we treat our body as a temple and honour everything that passes our lips with a blessing.

Do you remember when we were children? Traditionally, families and schools would say grace before meals. Reviving this practice today, with the same heartfelt intention, holds powerful benefits.

In Ayurveda, which I’m learning about, giving gratitude while making nettle infusions raises your energy and amplifies the plant’s healing power. It enhances the life force (prana) in the infusion, strengthens your mind-body connection, honours the plant’s intelligence, balances the doshas, and cultivates a clear, harmonious state (sattva).

This practice of gratitude positively influences your own energy flow. It calms the mind, opens the heart, and allows energy to move freely through the body. It shifts you from stress or distraction into alignment, making your energy lighter, clearer, and more receptive to the tea’s benefits.

Also, when water is blessed, it is believed to hold the vibration of intention. Just like gratitude shifts your energy, blessing water transforms its structure and vibration, something recognised both in Ayurveda and in the modern research of Masaru Emoto’s water studies.

Blessed water carries a higher frequency, which interacts with your body’s energy flow to promote balance and vitality. Combined with nettles, this creates a more potent, energetically aligned infusion that supports both physical health and emotional well-being.

And if you’ve experienced my good energy, will you tell me, please? I’d love to know how it made you feel.
Maybe it’s thanks to these practices that I’m now manifesting even more energy!
